@M4ST3RL1NKX88 I am in South Africa and would like to get a portable laser as in the video. Could you kindly assist. I am an Engineer (Elect) but we have no easy access to strong lasers of different wave lengths. Private advice would be appreciated.

@M4ST3RL1NKX88 ok. so lets say the forum member was wrong. lets go on the FDA website. there they state specifically that "The FDA regulates both medical and non-medical lasers." this proves that you were wrong right from the beginning. i am not going to look through pages of FDA regulations to find where they talk about laser regulations on lasers with powers over 5mW. oh, found it! im sending the link in a private mesage.
