@juanpi327 The erasers were designed and manufactured in Japan. Also, "fast food" has existed in Japan for decades, so it's not really that surprising.

I wish all continents in the world was like japan, a place full of toy erasers and things where you can make your own candies in a set.

I have the fries and shake!!!!!!
Vat19, I've had some ones which broke easily due to the way they were put together. They were quite unstable and more unreliable unlike [practically] all your other brilliant products. Also they would leave a mark of what was rubbed out which was quite annoying.

@The4JAMDUDE4 As my nieces were quick to inform me, there are tons of imitation Japanese Erasers out there which are, for lack of a better term, crappy. These don't seem to have those problems.

Are they edible in Japan only then?

@YoCzechYourself I don't think erasers are edible anywhere, honestly.

@vat19com Well the sulfur and other chemicals/powders added into the erasers are not edible, although rubber itself is used in chewing/bubble gum, which is safe to chew, but not safe to digest.

@KimChoJapFan Digestion is kind of a big deal. The word "edible" means simply "fit to be eaten". Just because something can be eaten doesn't mean it should be.
