Not Calling Him Dad//Chapter 30

--Demi's Side.

I sighed running over to the door, I took a deep breathe and pulled the door open. I was just joking around, only half me felt that Joe knew that. The door handle felt heavy between my fingers. I looked up too see Joe standing right across the hall leaning up against the wall.

It looked like he threw his shirt and shoes down on the ground. I ran out to him, wrapping my arms around his waist. ''I was Just kidding, Joe. Please say your not mad at me or--''

He shook his head hushing me with his finger. I looked up into his dark chocolate brown eyes. He avoided the eye contact I was trying to make,''Joseph look at me!'' He looked at me, bringing his hand up to my face carassing my cheek with just the tip of his thumb.

Tears filled his eyes and it looked as if he was in pain,''Joe..'' I looked down at the ground, his tears were bringing tears to my eyes. ''Whats wrong?" I looked back up at him. He shook his head gulping,''I don't have the strength, too stay away from you anymore..''

A slight smile appeared on my face,''Then don't. Stay here with me.'' My hands went up into his hair, wrapping my fingers through his curly hair. ''I can't just do that to your mother, Demi. So..I guess I shouldn't have even come here..And--''

''No, you should have came here! I'm glad you came here!'' My hands went down to his cheeks, I stood there holding his head in between my hands making him look at me,''Joe, Don't do this!'' He put his hands over mine pulling them away from his face.

''Enjoy your life. Just promise me, that you will find another job. Okay?'' I shook my head no. He sighed and leaned over kissing my forehead. He picked up his shirt throwing it over his head and then picked up his shoes. ''Goodbye.'' He whispered and then started walking down the hallway.

''NOO!'' I yelled racing after him but when I reached him and tried to go jump on his back he disappeared, I fell to the ground. He was gone. Forever.

I curled up in a ball crying and screaming. I could hear someone yelling Demi over and over again but the tears and the screams ran over the voice.

I screamed sitting straight up in bed, I felt something gripping onto my hand, I pulled my hand back and jumped out of the bed. I ran my hands threw my knotty mess of hair. I looked up too see Joe sitting there, I can't beleive that I was hulicinating about him. ''Demi..Are you okay? Come here..'' he opened his arms up.

I shook my head backing up, still having my hands wrapped in my hair, I backed up into the dresser. Joe slowly raised up off the bed, only in his boxers, I looked down too see me in a tanktop and booty shorts. I put on a nightgown when I went to bed.

Joe walked towards me, reaching out to me. He wrapped his arms around me, bringing me to his chest. I started to cry. ''Demi, what is wrong?" He kissed the top of my head, his hot breath coming down on my hair. ''Don't leave me again.'' I gripped onto his arm.

''Demi..I never left you..'' he held onto me tight. ''It was a dream..'' I whispered. He picked me up bridal style bringing me over to the bed and sitting me down. My fingers glided over his abs and to his waistline. He raised my head up to his resting his forehead on mine,''Dems..I-I love you..''

''Joe..Don't do this..'' He shook his head,''No I am going to do this. I'm not going to leave you. I promise.'' He crashed his lips against mine while wrapping my legs around his waist. I smiled as he pulled away,''Get Dressed..We're gonna go see your mom..'' He whispered while his lips were against my forehead.

''Joe..I Don't want to see her.'' I sighed. ''I don't care, Demi. Your going, i'll be right there with you. Nothing will happen..'' I smiled,''May I bring Taylor?" He frowned backing away from me, he scratched the back of his head. I could hear a slight snarl come from his throat,''I guess.''

I smiled,Making him jealous was just making my day better and better.

No you need to stop tricking us with all of these things turning out to be dreams. IT'S KILLING ME! Ahh noo Demi don't bring Taylor. That ensures that nothing is serious with joe. I just want them to be together already oohhh god
