Reaction? Nothing but lies. It never stays connected, you spend more money and time on the phone getting them to fix what they promised would work.

If you pay for their crap, they still bombard you with ads for the crap you just bought. That and they play their own ads at 3 times teh volume of the show you are watching. Even though the CALM Act isn't in place yet, contact the FCC on them so we can get a jump start on these jerks.

CHARTER IS HORRIBLE
The BBB has received numerous complaints regarding this firm which provides cable, Internet, and telephone service. Complainants primarily allege that the firm had improper billing practices, referred customer bills to collection agencies in error, provided poor customer service, failed to properly install or maintain service and failed to honor service appointments. These allegations are reflected in the complaint statistics below.

LOL! I use to work for Charter.... trust me whatever you do DO NOT switch to charter!.... iv never got so many complaints in my life!.....charter really really sucks

O yes switch all of your services to one unreliable out sourced company.
Now when the cable goes out so dose the internet and without a phone it's hard to call the Pakistani service representative to report that your cable's out... GOOD LUCK!
