Episode I provides the viewer with a panoramic view of the attack on Pearl Harbor. New computer technology details what a sailor, soldier or airman would have witnessed on December 7th, 1941.

The shock of Pearl Harbor has lived in Americas mind since the attack. A well planned and brilliantly executed plan in Americas backyard. Approximately 380 Japanese aircraft attacked the main American base in the Pacific, without enemy fighter cover. The USAs intelligence network was completely wasted before December 7th, 1941.

However, like with Savo Island and The Battle of Leyte Gulf off Samar, the Japanese finished to do the job. The precious Pearl Harbor Oil Tank Farm was left 100% intact. If Japanese planners had concentrated a third attack on this facility, Hawaii probably would have been untenable

  • the Japanese are whining about the Atomic bombs being dropped on them but all those people at Pearl Harbor(military &civilians)were COMPLETELY violated and attacked! most Pearl Harbor vets who are still here will NEVER forget that day.

  • AMERICANS OF ALL RACES WHO LIVED DURING THAT TIME WERE PISSED OFF!

  • damn most of the sailors is still sleeping or busy of doing something, and they were greeted goodmorning by the sound japs plane...

  • i would have been angry to if the japs hit my base

  • I was stationed on Kaneohe Marine Corps Base when I was in the Navy and I used to work for the wing out of the John Finn building (Medal of Honor recipient)

I think it is ironic that I met my wife in hawaii who is a Japanese national.
