agreed! i love this kid. Autism the musical....made me realize I really want to work with special ed. kids. I'm going to college to study special education. <3

@ lexikalfanfic - the tests administered rarely if ever capture an accurate measure of cognitive functioning and potential. The scores he was looking at did reflect what he said - though he's still a douche-bag lawyer - the point to take away is that we can't make decisions that determine the trajectory of theses kids education and placement based solely on standardized testing.

I thought it was crazy how the lawyer in "Autism: The Musical" is looking over Wyatt's test scores and says that Wyatt is very "low", cognitively. I remember thinking- what is he talking about? Wyatt is really smart!

Wyatt You are amazing! I was in remedial reading when I was in mid-elementary into middle, & I know how you feel. I was picked on for not reading the same kinds of books & for not writing the same kinds of papers. Just don't let them get to you. Let your light shine bright & they will be in awe of your accomplishments. For me is was photography, I took the best picture in my entire school, & all of my bullies were amazed & ended up leaving me alone. Im now in college and loved for being me =D
