  • History was made as Cink won his first major championship and won the four-hole playoff by a record 6-stroke margin.

    Congratulations to Cink for his wonderful performance, his clutch birdie on the 72nd hold and a super 4-hole stretch in the playoff.

    Condolences to Watson, Westwood, and Wood, whose chances died with bogeys on the 72nd hole.

  • The sad part is: Stewart Cink is a great guy and great player, yet he will always be deemed the villain here.
