Ironically Walliams himself has turned into the pathetic washed-up, formerly famous, TV personality he's parodying with this character. He's produced nothing remotely funny or notable in the past 3 years, and he's just desperately holding on to the scraps of what's left of his vacuous celebrity status (is he gay or not?! WHO CARES!).
