King's Quest V - Ways to Lose - Part 2

This is an attempt to exhaust all possible ways to lose in King's Quest V. Part 2 is all the clips in the Great Mountains, the ocean, and the island of the Harpies.

I have opted to show only the results that specifically result in a Restore/Restart/Quit screen, although there are many other ways to make the game unbeatable (e.g. eating the custard pie).

There are some gray areas when multiple actions achieve virtually the same result. For example, Graham can walk into the ocean from three different screens, but I only show it once because the scene out in the water is the same every time. However, I display Graham walking off the island separately because the scene is slightly different. There are other hazy areas of the game as well.

I have lumped most of the clips of Graham falling off of cliffs together, with the Restore/Restart/Quit menu being displayed only after the last one. This is because the narrator says the same thing each time. However, for some reason he says something different at the screen under the tree branch, so I kept that one separate.

The worst, to me, is the death from falling off the branch. It's, to me, the most likely death. And the explanation of it? Which should be a hint as to how to not die?

@TweNonymous The worst thing about it is that once you toss the rope up there, you can't take it down again because the hand command only makes him try to climb it. So you actually make the game impossible before the fatal climb.
