Basically....

@honussa I have a Mondeo 1.8 TD, this car runs with no problem on pure repe oil. Which engine you have in your Skoda "PD" or "CR"? Did you try to ride on clean waste oil? I'm not sure how engine will manage with little bit of water.

@motocrazy150 I'm not all for pollution or anything(and I love the smell of french fries......but theres some problems with your idea...
1.How many gallons of Biofuel would be needed if we were to replace all of the "gasburning" cars on the road?
2.How much corn would be needed to make that amount?
3.Figure out items "1" & "2", and then we can discuss the future of Biodiesel as a replacement for gasoline.

Yes, I was going to make it into a refreshing summer beverage.
-
I don't see what the problem is... are you planning on drinking it?

ok honussa, im interested. but i would like to see how the automobile is hooked up with a fuel heating device.and how it works. is there a website that demonstrates this?
-
Electricity? You mean that you charge a hybrid car in the socket? LOL! Do you know that every car (even a non hybrid) has a dynamo installed which charges the battery?
And there is something else: If you consoder this as a biological fuel - with all it's chemicals, then you are an idiot.
I have a skoda superb 2 (brand new car) and guess what, I am fuelling it with PURE corn or sunflower oil!
I invested 350 Euros into a fuel heating device and now I go plant oil!

Why is biodiesel called biodiesel?
WRONG!
I am the only one that REALLY uses Biological, enviromentally friendly fuel!
Plant oil!
I am fuelling my Mercedes 190d since 350 000km with PURE sunflower and corn oil. To the hell with all these chemicals! Go for either an old Mercedes (20 years min) or get a fuel heating device installed in your car - as I did in my recently purchased Skoda superb 2 and fuel it with PURE Plant oil. Install a filter if you want 2 use used oil.
Nature instead of chems!

alcoholysis (often referred to as transesterification) of vegetable oils using ethanol (and methanol) in order to separate the fatty acids from the glycerol by replacing the glycerol with short linear alcohols. This is the production of what is known as 'biodiesel'
That's so cool. I need to make biodiesel out of pork fat for school - which is awkward cause I'm a vegetarian- and I'm pulling my hair out. Any tips?

Let the equipment do the work for you. I would first filter the oil through a screen over a 55 gallon barrel. Then pump the oil through a 5 micron and a 2 micron water filter, as well as a water filter, and into another barrel. Then mix the contents together for several minutes, and you should be good. I have another video on youtube called: "How to make Biodiesel" that explains this. I'll send it to you. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Good luck with your fuel!
