@DrummerFL83 Why should I get involved physically? That is not the job description. An salaried manager accesses and deploys resources as necessary to ensure task completion. While I agree there are far fewer good assistants than poor ones, you definately do not get into the mix yourself. If I have to help you do picks, unload, cashier, zone, bin, sweep, etc, what exactly do I need you for?
