Here it really does do nothing. The problem is, if you restrain a gyroscope that would normally precess from precession, it loses its stabilization properties. I'm sure the guy can feel the gyro trying to precess but it's too weak an he can easily hold it so it acts pretty much like normal mass.
yes it does...the point here is that a gyro is supposed to lift itself from ground an keep balance until it looses energy and then falls back down and this guy is just showing that effect
you cant brake a disc and name it a gyro, that is dumb
