lemon juice,mustard,pickles,parsley,­is the same way I do mine. The local store has a mayo substitute that they call salad dressing, it is half the calories and a bit more tangy and I like more than mayo, i also add grated carrot for color. Only get complimemts with fresh potato salad. yukon gold are the best tasting potatoes .
