wrestlers have bad tournaments. What he did through the year cannot be denied and for that he will be considered to be a great wrestler. Metcalf got beat in the finals, so that shows he too can have an off day.

umm no. he was just a better wrestler. why can't anyone understand that being stronger or in better shap will not help you when your getting pumbled by a god-like wrestler like brent.

it is obvious that brent is in better shape. If Bubba was as good as shape as brent was then he would have won that match. That is evident in the first part of the match when Bubba takes down Brent twice.

@hazardroll1 idk if that's something you can really control after a certain extent you have to look at who he's wrestling too i'm sure there are wrestlers that bubba wipes the mat with in the 3rd period but Metcalf thrives there he ran into the wrong wrestler bubba will never beat metcalf if the match last's longer then a period bubba might be able to beat caldwell in 3 periods though because caldwell wrestles like bubba and caldwell won the first 2 periods against metcalf metcalf won the 3rd

@lexusmexicano uuuuuuh no he wouldn't have because bubba was in peak condition different wrestlers have different motors metcalf's last the whole match bubba's dosnt the closest bubba has been to beating metcalf was in a freestyle match in the first period they went to the clinch and metcalf took him down then metcalf teched him in the 2nd period

jenkins gets too tired too quick. i think if he kept his stamina up like he doest the first period he would win. he wins the first period almost every time but he gets worn down quick.

Jenkins is not the better wrestler. This video just shows sheer dominance. Jenkins gets 4 pts from Metcalf letting him up you take those off and it's 14-4.
