  • @onions9 It is a load of bullshit. Your right you need to prove innocence by having alibis etc how ever they need hard evidence to link the accused to the crime. No proof no crime. A good one pointed out to me is Murder in the first degree, no body, weapon or witnesses will be thrown out the door with a not guilty verdict within 10 minutes how a case like that gets to legal proceedings is beyond me but have heard worse.
