@hollywoodozz To receive over-the-air digital TV with an analog set you must have a converter box. I get over thirty channels.

what a crock of bull**** digital tv sucks. If you live out in the country, you are screwed, When analog went off the air. That was the end of tv in rural areas. The government wants everybody to pay for cable or satellite. No doubt the media giants were behind the whole thing.

@lukeeeisme another little known fact is that the digital signals are weaker than the old analog ones. Some rural areas which have repeater stations are allowed to still use analog.
