  • I have the exact same bike with two bros. it's because you unplugged a little servo that would open and close a little valve in the old exhaust.

  • oil?

  • @ek13JATT If your bike's FI light is flashing with all stock parts I would take it in.

  • @manmeat27 i have 2006 zx 636, and it have stock factory exhaust no after market, but i m sure it comes from under the seat that motor makes it, just making sure can that F1 light comes up even on factory exhaust.

  • @ek13JATT nope, its called servobuddy. you just take the servo out and plug the little device in. Im pretty sure the clicking is comming from the servo, i didnt have this problem though. its not an expensive fix and your bike runs properly from it so I think its worth it. Plus you get to throw out that bulky servo.

  • @manmeat27 you mean you bought new servo motor?

does your bike used to make clicking sound too? (sound comes frm servo motor)?

  • how did you get it fixed?????

you just unplugged the Servo Motor n plugged back in and it got fixed?

does your bike used to make any clicking noise before start (when you put your keys in ignition) you know sound comes from servo motor

    please reply

  • I got a servobuddy and the light goes away. $65 and its fixed
