So, wow, it snowed ALL DAY today. Even as I type this, it's still coming down.
Witness, then the colourful pagent known as life as various beasts scavenge for what food they can find beneath this white winter blanket.
Yeah, it's just some birds I filmed in the garden :)
Video responses welcome.

Wagtail - small pied bird characterised by it's bobbing tail, rarely seen in gardens :P this one acts like he owns the place.
Pigeon - large bird easily recognised by it's plumage, common in wooded areas as well as cities and train stations.
Blue tit - tiny bird, identifiable by it's bright colouration, relative of the coal tit and great tit.
Blackbird - smaller than pigeons with black feathers and yellow beak, females are brown.
Song thrush - larger bird with light brown feathers and dark spots on breast, likes fruit.
Robin - tiny red breasted bird seen in winter, but you knew that, elusive and camera shy (at least this one is)
Jackdaw - all black, except for grey 'hood' around the head, black beak, crows are much larger with broader beaks.
Dunnock (maybe a finch) - small with reddish brown feathers on back, slate grey on front.
Magpie - well known pied bird, territorial, known to attack smaller birds.
Collared dove - pigeon sized with beige feathers and a black collar around the neck.
Video number 20! I've come a long way :)
