  • Great work Chef! I loved how you made those noodles,ive never even heard of hand pulled noodles, and the ginger technique was awesome. I hope you teach us how to make those noodles in class!

  • 5:25 when you pull the strainer of noodles out of the boiling water, were did all the access water fall into? :o
