You guys make it so easy. I just wish my knee felt the same way. I'm afraid I have to pull the ripcord and bail out of this ride. Good luck to everyone. Knee pain is so bizarre and the cascading effects are really interesting. First you have the initial localized pain of the injury but then because you're walking differently you get the secondary pain of tendonitis, because you're favoring it. To all the 30 day challengers listen to these ladies they really know their stuff.
