This video will show you how to get more polys on a section of your tool without subdividing the whole tool. You decide were you want to subdivide by using masking to get more detail in certain sections. Project All and the ZProject brush is used in this video as well.

  • Click CTRL+D or go into the Tool>Geometry sub-palette where there is a Divide button.

  • What's the point- if you end up re-projecting onto the lower resolution mesh you started with, why bother increasing the resolution temporarily??

  • My geometry sub palette doesn't have the divide button and pressing ctrl and D does nothing for me. :(
