  • man i got 2 they will not eat i had them 5 weeks

  • @wolf70128

they can be picky and sometimes go Off Eating for several months at a time I would not worry much at this point unless they are relay young and have never eaten then you may need to see your vet about how to force feed but that is only a last resort there are plenty of things to try first that a good Herp. vet should be able to help you with. Good luck :)

  • I have found that the snake is able to kill faster than I sometimes can so i think it is a much more efficient way to kill than the neck snap that sometimes does not work. I have tried many ways to quickly and humanly kill the mice for a fresh kill feeding and I find it much more human to let Monty do what he is best at.

I never find a natural act of an animal to be "sick" . What I find sick is ppl that can not understand that.

  • she explained why u must feed outside the tank. U dont have to, its just a smart tip for smart people

  • Thank You :)

  • @IamCOLLEGE yes well females are ALOT bigger than males like as much as 3 feet longer and 2 weeks sometimes is better than 1

  • @wolf70128 Do they have hides ? Proper temps and humidity ? If the snake doesnt feel safe and secure they wont eat alot of the time.

  • Beatifull creature.

  • tart

  • Nice and very educational video for beginners, thumps up :)

Anyway, the idea that a ball python will begin mistaking your hand with food, if you dont feed in a seperat feeding box, has pretty much ben declared a myth by now.

The good thing about feeding in a seperat box may only be that you are more able to see the snake in this natural act.

  • VERY KORNY

  • hes only six weeks and he's that thick?!? lol. hungry little boy..... :) i have a female whose 16 inches long (roughly 2 months old) but she's nowhere near that thick, and i feed her every seven days! beautiful little boy though!
