This excerpt is little more than an academic dissertation on the state of the world that few can actually argue from a narrow perspective of geopolitics. It does make sense, I'm not sure why ppl are still seeing evil Jews, NWO etc in stuff like that. Whether you want it or not, world has to be unified at some point. Universal Morality, human rights, global government - it is all happening, and it is inevitable. And it's progress, that makes sense in the age of internet, fast travel, where borders between countries and cultures are becoming thinner and thinner. And there might be blood, mostly because of ppl who don't want those changes...
