Let me get this straight: he shouted in irritation, then tries to move a car that is not his, intimidating him with he size, pushes a woman to the ground and then is surprised when people call him a hot head and he gets handcuffed. Seriously? The woman shouldn't have walked up on him, but pushing a woman is always wrong - especially when you are two heads taller then she is. He is lucky she was unhurt. It could have ended badly for all of the people involved...

For those that might not know, here is the result as posted in the Huffington Post:

"The "Parking Rage" dentist who was filmed shoving a woman to the ground and trying to fight her brother received three years probation today.

Dr. William Moody was convicted in June of misdemeanor assault and other charges in White Plains."

This guy pushed the brother, and then pushed the sister and he says that HE was attacked? Give me a break. He got into the guy's car to try and move it and then put his had all over the tv man's camera. And he STILL thinks he's innocent? This isn't a race issue at all. It's some guy who thinks he's innocent when CLEARLY he isn't.
