Has no one responded to you in all this time? Well, let's see if I can.
You don't think too much about it or time yourself or anything. Just lead yourself to better and better feeling thoughts and you will be propelled forward by the sheer pleasure of it.
What works best for me is a 'rampage of appreciation'. It makes me so happy and feel so good to think of all of the wonderful things there are, one positive thought leads to (attracts) another and then it just snowballs.

thses videos have helped me so much over the last week since i discovered them. the universe put these in my path at the perfect time for me, wish i'd found them SOONER! i want to thank everyone who has posted all these videos, you are spreading the truth and that is one of the most loving thing you can do for you fellow humans.

can anyone tell me how focussed I have to be thinking somthing for 68 seconds??. because being really focussed for 68 seconds without the slightest distraction is almost impossible! or is it only that I can not contradict in the 68 seconds that I think of something. please help.

I like the idea that whatever I "see" vibrationally, I only see because I am a vibrational match to it. The other day I was looking at a room in my house and my first thought was, "What a mess." And then I realized I needed to change that thought by recognizing that the "mess" is because I have so much. So I looked again, and said, "Thank you, Universe, for all this abundance!"
All of a sudden, I didn't see a mess anymore, I saw all the things the Universe has brought to me :)

In my experience, to create a positive expectation is easy. You just have to feel good about something, to feel REALLY good about one thing and then the positive expectation for something else comes. Easily.
