OMG I use almost the same drills (conceptually)
Falling stance. Transfer weight to forward bow. Come up to center. Immediate pivot. Reverse Falling stance. Transfer weight to forward bow, repeat.
Very cool. When ppl want to develop proficiency and power in their martial art, this is where you start. With your footwork.
So awesome.

what i like to do is do them every day. i will do one lap of every exercise every day, and every OTHER day, do 2 laps of each. the lap size depends on your fitness level, and it will constantly change. on the days where u do just one lap of all of them, you should not get sore the next day, or just very slightly sore. on the days where you do two laps, you should b sore the next day. that way you are giving yourself a break in between.

THX for posting, sir!
But I do have a question indeed. What training schedule to follow? So are there any recomended reps, ore times? Train every day, or with pasue intervalls? Together with the other animal exercises, or each a day ?
What would be the rsomendation?
I tried a few of them, and since they made me whince, they are obviously the right stuff. No pain no gain. So if you could please recomend on a schedule.
