You can get one with a hand pump, I have seen my grandpa do this without gaging or chocking and he's 70, then again he did it all the time growing up.

LOL.....The hose has to be IN the gas, not just in the tank. Everytime he would suck in, he would only get a mouth full of gas fumes.......
