@putzbasterd I'm guessing "Colins" is Colin Cowherd... and if you think his show is currently better than Rome's, you are embarrassing yourself. Why are you not at least listening to T-Rodge's show??

yeahhhh i gotta say, this time Rome was really too weak on this one. I earlier heard about a guy talking about Carradine hanging himself, but this man talks about going to the store for tampons and he's run?

@vod434 I like Cowherd's show a lot more than this now. At least Cowherd is edgy and is not afraid to hurt somebody.

@yachtrockman Sad as it may be, Rome's show is not what it once was. He'd much rather talk about horses and play soundbites over and over than actually take calls involving smack. That being said, there is still not another sports talk host with a better show.

When was the first time Rome used this buzzer? i remember he waited all day to use it, and the calls were good, then I can't remember who screwed up and got the AAAH.

Talk about inconsistency. Rome let J.E. DiTolla talk about the irony Orel Hershiser's name and him pitching in San Francisco, the gay capital of the world, yet Israel, though his call sucked, gets run for mentioning the buying of tampons? The buying of them, not the use of them. Talk about hypersensitive. Maybe he should have moved to satellite.

@yachtrockman Rome had definitely toned it down over the last 5-10 years and i think he gives the old school callers more leeway than the newer ones, show is not what it used to be
