you all just crack me up with the comments. glad to see that archie enjoyed his first foods. we will be starting solids in a few weeks as well. i think we will start with broccoli because it looks to be the easiest to grip.

I love it! My girl Harper is 4 months and I can't wait to start with the solids. You have such a beautiful baby. I love the questions from mum and the reassurance from dad. Just woderful!

This is fab and I can't wait to start it. I think I will stick my baby in her bumbo,on the floor, on top of a picnic blanket (plastic side up) and perhaps avoid the mess (yeah right). Well done Archie!!

My daughter is 4 1/2 months old, and we're interested in starting BLW with her. Do you have any advice for us? or tips? Also, how much time does it take per day to get the program going? We figured that since we work, it would be hard to get her to get the program going... any tips?

Hi Sophie,
He was a week short of six months here... he is now over 9 months and a real pro - and has survived our first attempts with monster sized undercooked vegetable chunks to become a masterful baby led weaner ;-) !!!
