these techniques are far easier to do using the 'solid' type sticks, I use the Creatcolour Aquamonolith

this tutorial is great ^^. but i want to ask something. sorry if it sound stupid but i just want to know if i do really have to use a 200 gsm or watercolour paper when dealing with these pencils? because i've tried it on a 90 gsm and the paint won't scatter.. i'm thinking if its just because it really won't do or if i'm just stupid and can't do it properly. thank you very much ^^

@gakushiji Any weight of watercolour paper should work as long as it's a decent brand..maybe you're not using enough water or pigment...
