Esta madrugada, un equipo de ocho activistas de Greenpeace subieron una usina en la central térmica Fisk en Chicago. Desde arriba de la usina estan demandando que los operadores cierren estas centrales térmicas sucias. Las centrales térmicas - operada por Edison Internaciónal y subsidarios por Midwest Generation— son unos de los mas antiguos en los Estados Unidos. Más gente viven alrededor de estas centrales térmicas que en cualquier otra en el país.

Good work to PERRO, LVEJO and Greenpeace for their efforts to SHUT DOWN the plants. It's funny to read the negative comments by random accounts that were created in the last week, have only commented on Midwest Generation related videos, and are somehow experts about everything that happens in the coal plants and the "community service" that MWG does.
Few people from the are work in the plants. The power that is generated goes out of state. All we get is pollution and asthma.
