Shaolin Luohan Quan Yi Lu (Shi Degen lineage)

'This is a short version of the real Shaolin Luohan Quan Yi Lu set that was originally taught by Shi Degen. Zhu Tian Xi teaches this set as well (he was direct disciple of Shi Degen).

This set is not the like what modern Shaolin calls Xiao Luohan Quan (which is just an abbreviated version of the much bigger Da Luohan Quan set).

This video is of the original set that is called Xiao Luohan Quan in the Tagou books. Too bad it is not the full version with all the postures shown.'
