Beautiful Marathi Song of Lord Shiva...............
Mangesh Mean Lord Shiva...........
mage ubha mangesh pudhe ubha mangesh mazyakade dev maza pahato ahe mage ubha.........................
jatajuta mathyavari chandrakala shiridhari
jatajuta..................aaaa aaaaaaaa...........a
aaaaaaaaa
sarpmala rune uri........chitabhasm sarvangas...... limpun rahi mnazyakade dev maza pahato ahe
mage ubha...............
janm janmancha ha yogi sansari anant bhogi
viragi ki mhanu bhogi...........
shaila suta sute ganga mastaki vahe
mazyakade dev maza pahato ahe
I like the Carnatic touch of Mrudunga, Taal. That's make it sound different!
Didn't like the graphic though!

Many thanks for your translation. It adds charm to my musical understanding. I think we share the universal message carried by this great Bhajan in sound. Tears do not flow without meaning. You are right about the minimal use of instruments. The 'svars' and 'shrutis' are equally minimally employed, heightening the effect of restraint and simplicity

Dear @mahmudbaig, The mukhda of the bhajan, "Majhya kade dev maza.....", means that, "My lord is looking at me (watching over me)..., the lord is standing behind me and He is standing in front of me as well". Rest of it is the detailed description of the Lord Shiva, of his appearance and his nature. Amazingly beautiful composition. Just look at the minimal use of musical instruments... amazing!!! U r right it really brings tears to the eyes.
