@myndy86 thanks for the link. not surprising but overwhelmingly heartbreaking. i've been working overtime to create a healthy, bee friendly environment on our 5 acres. lots of native plants, and thanks to no pesticide, lots of dandelions and you can hear a dull roar in the yard when their out there. it's incredible. noticed we did not have more than a handful of honey bees, however, until late august and then they showed up in fairly large numbers. prior to that it was mainly bumblebees.

@Conspiracy2Riot "Our results show that transgenic crops expressing Cry1Ab protein at 5000 ppb may affect food consumption or learning processes and thereby may impact honey bee foraging efficiency." ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/182062

You are wrong.
GMO's are NOT better tasting NOR do they have a higher nutritional value. Truth is, they have a much LOWER and sometimes totally absent nutritional value.
They contaminate natural crops and in case you have not noticed....we're seeing Bee colonies die and disappear....think it might have something to do with a pesticide being built into the plant?
