The problem with Christians in middle east countries, like egypt and jordan, is that they have been brainwashed to hate islam so much. But subhanallah, the more islam haters express their hatred, the more ppl embrace islam.

@BangkokPoet Women in the time the Quran was revealed acquired rights that women in the West have only acquired recently such as the right to vote or the right to acquire property. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said that the best men are the one who are the most kind to their wife. Where is the contempt for women in Islamic sources? People are not perfect. If a muslim steals or kills an innocent person it doesn't mean it is his religion telling him too, same for any religion.

@BangkokPoet And the crusaders, were they muslims? They didn't kill anyone? Allah in the Quran only allows muslims to kill if they are attacked first. The sanctity of life is paramount in the Quran; if muslims are not attacked or oppressed, they must live peacefully with others whether Christians or Jews who are referred to as 'The People of the Book'.

@BangkokPoet Although they can happen in muslim families, honor killings have nothing to do with Islam. In Islam it is forbidden to force someone to marry someone. Some Muslims do bad things of course but so do Christans and their religion is not blame for it. Islam forbids people to kill innocents, steal, lie, etc. People who do are not true muslims. You don't have to believe Islam is the truth, no one is forcing you too.

The true lord of the heavens has said in the final book:" Worship Allah alone and do not ascribe parners with him in anything." So take heed and investigate with an open heart (sincerely). Don't listen to the media or the ignorent ones, who talk with no knowledge. Your final home is prepared for you already(Hell or Paradise). Seek the purpose of life, I was told negative things by my own parents about muslims, but we don't judge a religion by its people. May god guide the reader of this text.

Quran's revelations came 1400 years back. Read it in your own language and you will come to know that what it was then it is same very in present. the revelations are true scientifically in this century what was revealed 1400 years back. The Holy Book it self will tell you that these words are from God and no one at that time could give those scientific predictions, like birth of human child, the creation of the universe, cycle of seasons ,the nature of mountains to act as pegs in the earth.

The Quran came from one corruptible man's revelation, the scriptures say a matter is established by two or more witnesses, hence the 2 witnesses of the endtimes, and..the witnesses must have the Holy Spirit's power and presence to heal, deliver, teach, comfort (Is.61), not commit acts of physical violence...but only point to the Sinless Prophet, the Messiah, King Jesus, who uses and empowers us only with "SPIRITUAL" armor and weaponry
