as in most cases, the ideals are great, but the HOW is inefficient and a means to a "unintended" end.
Impoverished people are impoverished for a reason. We need to spend more resources AT HOME, like, in our EDUCATIONAL system (at home and in school), so people know the difference between right and wrong, and they know how to keep themselves UNIMPOVERISHED.
