C&C3 was had great cutscenes that looked professionally done, Kane's Wrath had less celebrities, but was still of high quality. C&C4 looked more low budget than Tiberian Sun and yet was meant to be the series friggin finale - wtf?

Original Command & Conquer developer Westwood Studios was purchased by Electronic Arts in 1998 and transformed into the company's EA Pacific studio. That studio was liquidated in 2003, with many employees making the transition to EA Los Angeles, which has handled the franchise ever since.
