here is a experiment i did with the aeropress and i was suprised how great the results where.i am using two differant brewing methods here and combining them to make a single cup of coffee. i found that this method keeps most of the oils and makes for a completely unique type of taste.hope you enjoy trying this out and maybe using some of your own variables .please let me know how you get on. note...it is best to use a thermometer to obtain the right temperature but here i will explain how to get very close to 80 degrees celcius by another method...always use freshly ground beans and for this experiment use a grind that you would use for a normal drip coffee
do not let the drip part of the process go beyond two minutes as this might let some bitterness through.if you follow my method here you will not get any bitterness
