Chinese Cooking: Hot & Sour Soup

it was so good! the ingredients: pork, carrots, those asian "transparent noodles", tofu, & black wood fungus (sounds gross but it's pretty good!), in case anybody wants to make it themselves :)

Yeah, I know these folks. Good people! They own the Chinese take out restruant near my house in Columbus Ohio. The father had a little whiskey problem but has recently straightened up. The daughter, pictured here, was boy crazy and many gang related incidents happened, including a shooting! But I know for a fact that she is now in university and has become the perfect citizen. Good on her!!!!
