  • I met Steve Sosobee, the director of PCRF at a hospital in East Jerusalem in June of 2005. The time I spent with him and his team of dedicated skilled volunteers was one of the most heart-warming experiences I have ever had in my life. PCRF has a top rating by Charity Navigator, an organization that rates charities by their stewardship of funds, management, etc. I have never seen a photo of Steve in the PCRF literature or website; he gives all the exposure to the needy kids and not on himself.
