  • k i have two questions, 1 did you use ink or paint for this and what kinds? 2 how did you get the lines so small and precise?

  • @almostwindowsx7 I used regular watercolors (winsor & newton half pans) for the basic coloring, then gouache for everything else.. the size of the lines is really just about using a small brush... with regards to precision, just practice.. there is no secret :-) ...although for longer lines and curves you can use a "rigger" brush to get smother lines, but it will make it harder to do small details and thin lines.

  • @almostwindowsx7 almost forgot.. I use Schmincke gouache colors.. but any brand will work :-)

  • was most of this done with a paintbrush?

  • @almostwindowsx7 All of it :-)

  • i got some gouche paints and i dont know how to use them, gouche is a water based paint so do i put the paint on foil and dilute and mix with water like tempra? or do i dip the brush in the paint and then dip in the water or vice versa? or do you just straight up use it right out of the tube?
