The Dark Knight Rises Official Theatrical Trailer

The trailer for The Dark Knight Rises (directed by Christopher Nolan) is finally out on the internet after much anticipation. Christian Bale reprises his role as Batman for a third and final time in this final film of Nolan's Batman trilogy. He is reunited once again with Gary Oldman as Commissioner Jim Gordon, Michael Caine as Alfred and Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox. Tom Hardy will appear as the ruthless masked villain known as Bane and Anne Hathaway is set to appear as Selina Kyle/Catwoman. Other actors joining the cast include Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Juno Temple, Josh Pence, Nestor Carbonell, Matthew Modine, Brett Cullen, Chris Ellis and Alon Abutbul. The film is distributed by Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures and directed by Christopher Nolan. The Dark Knight Rises comes out in theaters and IMAX on July 20, 2012.
