It's a 2 shot kill with the holographic on the FAL, not 3. The holo site gives it a damage boost.

@BasedZackNSam I don't think it really looks any better with FRAPS. It just makes really big files. The quality really depends on the codec and the bit rate used. There's a lot of programs like VHCapture and Virtualdub that will allow you to use a variety of codecs. I don't really like them though.
FRAPS is really only a good option if you play on PC. I only use FRAPS when I do live comms so I can record voice too. Otherwise it'd probably be best to use whatever program your capture card has.
