@crazyhorses101 Sorry for the late reply! I didn't get a notification for some reason. Yeah you can use the same tray as many times as you need, just make sure you renew the flour on the tray with each time you use it ^^

@sophiawoon It keeps the batter more doughy in my opinion. I like it this way better, I suppose it's a matter of preference I guess.

Why does the baking powder have to be in hot water, or any water at all?

@spotlight792 It needs to be dissolved before its added into the batter, and I think it's so that the carbon dioxide gets released before its added into the mix as well. I'm honestly not very sure, this is just the way I've been doing things I never really thought about why it was done this way. =/
