  • I think and you have to eat a lil more and get some protein, Lol!

  • I eat plenty ;) around 2500-3000 cals a day and around 100 grams of protein a day.

  • Seriously hes in shape and i dont see none of you posting you amazing p90x videos, any class act retard can go online to suggest eating more protien... no offense my personal trainer eats so bad and hes in amazing shape. Dont act like you know fitness becouse everyones body reacts differently

  • @liftercatcher you need 100 grams a day if you weigh 100 lbs...150 for 150 and 200 for 200

  • I absolutely love doing p90x workouts. Only one I can not complete is the yoga, to hard for me. Iam only 15 but Love seeing results. It also helps build self confidence

  • If you spread your legs open to about shoulder width when your doing the static arm curls it'll help even your body making it easier so your body's not shifting from side to side.
