@cravingart I'm glad you're one of the few people who realize that she was truly the greatest... no other singer had such versatility in their voice... I really recommend these two songs:
Pavane (Vocalise) and In Trutina... these are from her lesser known " Classical Barbra" album.... these are two of my favorites but the entire album is great.... no other singer could sings these songs so flawlessly... only an opera singer could really lol ...truly a hidden gem this album.

@stevesg92 "Flawless"is thee PERFECT term.Her PRISTINE vocals just seem2flow from her mouth as effortlessly as halitosis can,from other's.She seemed innately capable of the metamorphosis of a child's simple"hum",in2FLAWLESSLY sustaining notes that could ripple through your body,leaving chills in their wake.To think someone actual TRAINED this woman!I wonder what THEY experienced:alone w/her voice,as it suddenly took on a life of its own,&in a capella,solely filled the room,regardless of its size

@stevesg92 Wow!! I'd never seen that before. You were right, very versatile, the talking part had me laughing. Thanks for that, there's nothing like watching a video that puts a smile on your face. I saw the above video when I was a child, and it stuck in my mind. Now that YT has evolved, I spend hours looking up old clips and stuff that I saw years ago...who needs a TV.
