They show themselves as they really were, creepy, arty in a surrealistic way & drugged out.. nowave not nu wave, the cold new york when alphabet town still existed in the early 80s; when the city was both dangerous & fun. One of the filmakers Ben S.. I think he in the Boston band: Christmas

Such an amazing song from Signals From The Source/Holiday Of Love. Forgotten New York. Imagine Sonic Youth with talent and imagination. Can't? That's where Certain General steps in. the 1980's Velvets.
