@ClaudinaAizpuru That's AWESOME! To answer your question, I've never done just straight up carrots. I have, however, taken a similar paste to a combination of Cucumbers and Carrots, skipping the Salt Water Bath altogether. I find that it needs to be eaten up waaay quicker though. Hope this helps ;)

those radishes are HUGE..i've never seen any at my grocery store that large.
