Bluegrass meets Robert Johnson, my take on Peter Rowan's , "Deal with the Devil". Peter recorded this for his "All on a Rising Day" CD. It's a new take on the "Crossroad Blues" story. I like the song because it's not Blues nor Bluegrass but at the same time, definitely both. Before everyone asks, the slide guitar is a round neck Dobro that's really like an old National Style O. The flattop is a newer Gibson Advanced Jumbo.
