I really can not wait until I enlist in like a month :) it's going to be amazing. I've herd such wonderful things about the navy....and the other branches as well but I like this branch a lot ^_^

@Luishazong Well, as far as boot camp, it's changed a lot since I went so I can't tell you much about that.

As far as the rest, I guess all my horror stories boil down to three things.

1) Being lied to. The brass makes promises all day but rarely ever keep them. For example, telling us that if we come to work early or finish our work early, then we can leave early. Nah, they always made us stay late.

@Luishazong 2) Getting punished for other peoples mistakes. One time they secured liberty for the entire base for two weeks because a single E1 got drunk and punched out a foreign national. That's 10,000 people who couldn't go home for two weeks because of one person.

3)The aforementioned securing of liberty. If your divo has had a bad day and says liberty is secured, then no one is leaving the ship, even if your wife is having a baby or your loved one is on their deathbed.

Wow it's amazing how spacious the ship is. I mean, I always envisioned naval vessels as being bloody cramped.

Although I must admit I'm probably subconsciously thinking submarines.

technology there is wasted on training u 4 war and what terroist stop making guns and bombs and selling that gun steel world wide..war war war mixed with tec trade 4 peace and knowlege is free, but no babylon want export we kan grow our own food..dont need yor jobs this is why the world is seperate ..one world order..

when i was a young man and decided to joined the military, I knew the navy would not be the branch. After watching this vid... i know i made the right choice... til this day. Too much water, not enough room on those ships... and what was that hole at the top of the stairs... that's how u get up to the next level??? Dang!! LOL!
